Adam Leigh Caston

July 19, 1987 — August 15, 2014

Adam Leigh Caston entered this world on July 19, 1987 and departed from it on August 15, 2014 at the age of 27. Adam was preceded in death by his dad: Kendall Joe Reed; and both of his grandmothers: Dollie May Caston and Norma Gayle Reed. Adam leaves this life before his much loved mother: Tracy Leigh Caston; brother: Jared Douglas Caston; sister: Kendra Kathleen Collins; nephew: Aiden Jacob 'Aj' Collins, all of Mtn. Grove, Missouri; his father: Jerry Tabor of Whitewright, Texas; and many family and friends in numbers to many to mention.

Adam was born and raised in Southwest Missouri, where his roots were firmly planted. His drive and determination to achieve his goals guided his life's journey. After high school he attended Mingo Job Corps in Southeast Missouri where he was trained as a Journeyman Welder going on to work in the Railroad Industry for many years. As much as he enjoyed traveling for his job, he reveled in the joy of getting back to the place he called home.

Adam's family and friends meant everything to him and he nurtured these relationships with high regard, his loyalty was certain. With the heart of a giant, he loved as large as he lived. Truly a friend through thick or thin, he'd be there without hesitation. Just kicking back for a few good laughs with him would raise the spirithe was quite the jokester.

As Adam climbed life's mountains he gave new meaning to the three little words 'Full of Life'. He lived No Fear, not in confinement of marked out boundaries or limits, but with clarity of who he was and the man he could become. The manner in which he lived, off the chain with such transparent uncensored freedom, is a testament to his honor.

The list is long of those who will miss him and the loss great for those who hold him dear to the heart. In reflection of Adam's Seussian nature let us find comfort in these words by the endearing Dr. Seuss, "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened."
