Allora Dawn Whitson

Allora Dawn Whitson, infant daughter of Sarah Conner and Stephen Whitson, entered into this life September 29, 2006 at UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas and departed this life into the arms of our Lord on March 2, 2007.
During her brief stay on this earth, she was the light of her mommy and daddy's life and a joy to all others who knew her.  She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. 
She is preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents:  Clifford and Nadine Melton; her maternal great-grandfather:  Max Conner; paternal great-grandfather:  Tony Vann; paternal great-great-grandparents:  Ramona and Elmer Whitson; and her maternal great-great uncle:  Bob Hubbard.
She is survived by her parents:  Sarah Conner and Stephen Whitson of Dardanelle, Arkansas; maternal grandmother:  Jody Melton of Mountain Grove; maternal grandfather:  Shawn Conner of Marshfield, Missouri; paternal grandfather:  Stephen Whitson of London, Arkansas; paternal grandmother:  Darlene Whitson of Dallas, Texas; paternal great-grandmother:  June Vann of Dallas Texas; maternal great-great aunt:  Dolly Mings of Mountain Grove; maternal great aunts and uncles:  Doug and Marjorie Melton of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Jim and Letha Melton of Mountain Grove, Dennis and Linda Melton of Ketchikan, Alaska; paternal great aunts and uncles:  James and Linda Whitson of Kentucky, Delayne and David McKnight of Clarksville, Arkansas, Byron Vann, Sissy Richardson, Annette Vann and Susie Vann, all of Dallas, Texas, Marla and Andy Arredondo of Clarksville, Arkansas; maternal aunt and uncle:  Micah Melton and Jonah Conner of Mountain Grove; paternal aunts and unlces Kinberly and Larland Mayfield of Norwood, Tabitha and Sam Wall of Scurry, Texas, Ramona and Frank Dickerson of London, Arkansas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Chapel services were held at Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville, Arkansas on March 7, 2007 with Reverend Amos Pledger officiating.
Graveside Services were held March 9, 2007 at the Stubbs Cemetery near Mountain Grove, Missouri under the direction of Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home with Reverend Gene Edwards officiating.
