Christina Lagean (Webb) Mcintyre

Christina L. McIntyre, age 64, of Mtn. Grove, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 in the Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains, Missouri, following a long illness. She was born on April 20, 1948 in Miami, Oklahoma, to Claud T. and Dolores E. (Lammey) Webb.
Christina was united in marriage to Charles McIntyre on December 15, 1984 in Republic, Missouri. While living in Oklahoma, she attended nursing school in Tulsa. She was a Registered Nurse for twenty three years and retired in 1994. She later became a truck owner and operator, driving over-the-road with her husband, Charles. She retired again in 2005. They had made their home in the Mtn. Grove area for the past several years.
Christina enjoyed being outdoors, especially when working in her yard, and taking care of her flower and vegetable gardens each year. She loved any outdoor activities and was also an avid pet lover.
She was a member of the Southside Baptist Church in Mtn. Grove, Missouri, where she was active with the Women on Missions group. She truly enjoyed attending church services and visiting with those around her. Her entire life involved helping people.
She was a kind, loving, and caring wife, mother, grandmother, friend and neighbor. She loved her family and friends very much, and enjoyed spending time with them.
She was preceded in death by her father: Claud T. Webb; and by her mother: Dolores E. Timmerman.
Christina is survived by her loving husband of twenty-seven years: Charles “Chuck” W. McIntyre, of their home; one son: Christopher D. McIntyre and his wife, Diana, of West Manchester, Ohio; one grandson: Christopher D. McIntyre II, of Mtn. Grove; four brothers: Carl Webb of Girard, Kansas, Thurman Webb and his wife, Mary, of Chetopa, Kansas, Duston Webb of Gaffney, South Carolina, and Russell Webb of Vinita, Oklahoma; one sister: Sandra VonMoss and her husband, Mark, of Miami, Oklahoma; several aunts; uncles; cousins, nieces; nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her very much.
