Eva Nipper

December 1, 1912 — June 9, 2015

Eva Nipper, daughter of the late Daniel and Docia (Adams) Crisp, was born on December 1, 1912 in Manes, Missouri and departed this life on June 9, 2015 at the Hartville Care Center in Hartville, Missouri. She was 102 years, 6 months, and 8 days of age.
Eva grew up in the Manes, Wright County, Missouri area and remained in that area her whole life. She was united in marriage to Leland Nipper on November 12, 1930 in Manes, Missouri. Six children were born to this union: Daniel, Charles, David, Joan, Lucille, and Lottie June.
Eva loved quilting, collecting dolls, gardening, and cooking. She was famous for her well known chocolate cake.
Besides her parents. Eva was preceded in death by her husband: Leland Nipper; two sons: Daniel Nipper and David Nipper; two daughters; Joan Barnett and Lottie June Stone; two brothers: Ival Crisp and Verl Crisp; and two sisters: Iona Burns and Ida Delcour.
She is survived by one son: Charles and his wife, Cindy, of West Virginia; one daughter: Lucille Harp of Rolla, Missouri; sixteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren who will greatly miss her.


Visitation: Saturday, June 13, 2015 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home.

Graveside Funeral Service: Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Evening Shade Cemetery
Manes, Missouri.
