Freddie Lee Cook

Freddie Lee Cook, son of the late Freeman and Phyllis (Felkner) Cook, was born April 14, 1955, in Springfield, Missouri, and passed away April 27, 2022, at Jack C. Montgomery Veterans Healthcare Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He was 67 years and 13 days of age.

On August 23, 1973, Freddie enlisted in the United States Navy. He served his country and was honorably discharged on August 20, 1976.

Freddie loved to draw showing off his artistic abilities. He also enjoyed watching old western movies. His favorite animals were horses and pigeons.

He loved being a dad and granddad. He enjoyed the times he spent with his family. Freddie was a beloved brother, dad, and granddad.

Besides his parents, Freddie was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Heather, an infant son, Trenton, and his brother, Joel Dean Cook.

He is survived by four sons, Scotty Cook and his wife, Lisa, Patrick Cook, Fredrick Cook, and Cody Cook, two daughters, Melissa Deaton and Jennifer Calhoun and her husband, Tom, one sister, Kim Sickler and her husband, Robert, ten grandchildren, and other relatives and friends who will miss him very much.
