Gina Reed

April 23, 1959 — December 17, 2021

Gina Lynn Reed, daughter of Patrick Shea and Chris Rogers, was born on April 23, 1959, in Martinez, California, and passed away on December 17, 2021, in her home.

Gina was the mother of five children: Brandy, Joshua, Andrea, and Dustin. On March 2, 1992, Gina married the love of her life, Randy Reed. From this union, their daughter Randi Lynn was born.

Gina was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. Most of her life she was a homemaker. She raised all of her children, and it was apparent that she felt the reason she was on Earth was to be their mother. She also spent her time loving on her grandchildren, crocheting, gardening, and making lottery “crumbs” while she played scratch off tickets.

Gina will be remembered for the way she made people laugh with her funny Gina noises, her made up words, her funny antics, and unique sense of humor.

Gina was preceded in death by her father, Patrick Shea, grandfather, Enoch Tucker, and grandmother, Ila Tucker.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Randy Reed, mother, Chris Rogers, her brothers, Michael (KC) Lewis, Cody (Michelle) Tollison, and Jim (Kim) Tollison, her daughters, Brandy (Russell) Caudle, Andrea (Doyle) Hicks, Randi Lynn Moore and the father of Randi’s children Michael Bishop, her sons, Joshua (Angela) Shannon, Dustin (Amanda) Shannon, and her step-son, Rusty (DJ) Strunk, her grandchildren, Tanner Bishop, Dakota Bishop, Ryder Moore, Matthew Caudle, Shawn Caudle, Kevin Caudle, Holly Caudle, Kayli Shannon, Kyra Shannon, Kenzie Shannon, Dawson Shannon, Jalynn Shannon, Denzel Aldrich, Devan Welch, Shawna Mollohan, and Hunter Strunk, her great-grandchildren, Ondrea Aldrich, Jobey Caudle, Luca Caudle, and Cainan Welch, and a host of step-grandkids, nieces, nephews, and friends that will miss her ‘bigly’.
