Jessica Faye Sartor

Jessica Faye Sartor, daughter of Lonnie and Sandy (Pearce) Sartor, was born on February 10, 2006 in Springfield, Missouri, and passed away on Monday, May 24, 2010 in the St. Louis Children’s Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, at 4 years of age.
Jessica had a pony named Tyler and a cat named Mexico. She loved animals and had dreams of becoming a veterinarian when she grew up. Full of laughter, Jessica enjoyed being outside, no matter the weather, playing with her friends, playing in the park, and riding her bike. She lived life to the fullest and played her heart out every day. Jessica loved and looked up to her big sister, Andrea, and tried to follow in her footsteps, doing everything she did. It was very common to hear her say, “Let’s race!” She wanted to race whether you were going across the yard or just to the kitchen. She also greatly enjoyed going to Sunday School at the Dawson Assembly of God Church.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather: W.D. Sartor.
She is survived by her parents, Lonnie and Sandy Sartor; her sister: Andrea Sartor all of Hartville, Missouri; her paternal grandmother: Florence Sartor; her maternal grandparents: Dave and Linda Pearce, all of Mtn. Grove; her maternal great-grandmother: Ruby Bennett; her church family; and other relatives and friends. Jessica’s mom told her everyday that she was “the best girl in the world.” She will be sadly missed but her memories will be cherished forever.
