Ralph B. Bashor

Ralph B. Bashor, son of Dallas Lee and Cynthia (Mares) Bashor, was born on August 17, 1980 in Houston, Missouri, and passed away on Friday, September 6, 2013 at his residence in Mtn. Grove, Missouri, following a 2 year and 10 month battle with cancer. He was 33 years of age.
Ralph grew up and attended school in Mtn. Grove and graduated from Mtn. Grove High School in 1999. He was united in marriage to Shawna Kennedy on September 15, 2007 in Mtn. Grove. Two sons blessed this union.
Ralph enjoyed cooking, playing cards, and bartending. He greatly enjoyed being outdoors, especially when hunting and fishing. He was also an avid W.O.W. (World of Warcraft) player.
He was a loving and caring son, husband, father, brother, grandson, friend, and co-worker. Ralph looked forward to spending time with his wife and sons and visiting with his many friends and family. He will be truly missed by those who knew and loved him.
He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Mtn. Grove.
At the time of his passing, Ralph was employed at Booger County Motors in Mtn. Grove, where he served as an auto body worker and mechanic.
Ralph was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Ralph Bashor.
He is survived by his loving wife: Shawna Bashor and their two sons, Collin and Owen, of the home; his father: Dallas Bashor of Summersville, Missouri; his mother: Cynthia (Mares) Rice of Mtn. Grove; one brother: Adam Lee Bashor of Mtn. Grove; his paternal grandmother: Jean Bashor; his maternal grandparents: Bill and Patricia Mares; and other relatives, friends, and co-workers.
Ralph’s last Facebook post was, “I love my wife and boys.”
