August 26, 1954 — December 22, 2019

Ronald Kent Lee, son of the late Harold Waltza and Doris A. (Barber) Lee, was born August 26, 1954, in Mountain Grove, Missouri, and departed this life December 22, 2019, at his home in Drury, Missouri. He was 65 years, 3 months, and 27 days of age.

Kent grew up in the Drury community. Growing up, he worked on several farms in the area. He later worked for Dr. Johnson at the veterinary clinic in Ava, Missouri, for a time. He also worked as a welder at Tracker Marine and most recently worked at a saw mill.

Kent was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and horseback riding. He was also devoted to serving the Lord and was Superintendent and sang bass in the choir at Black Jack Church. Kent was dedicated to family and was a true “family man.” His greatest joy in life was spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Kent is survived by his loving wife, Eula Lee, one step-daughter, Tammy Rhoads and husband, David, two brothers, Gary Barber and wife, Carolyn, and Jack Lee and wife, Gena, one sister, Kathy Maddox, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him greatly.
