Shirley Diane Atchison

Shirley Diane Atchison, daughter of the late Paul and Minnie (Brazil) Atchison, was born on September 30, 1952 in Kansas City, Missouri and passed away on September 14, 2011 at her residence in Mtn. Grove, Missouri. She was 58 years of age.
Diane grew up and attended school in the Kansas City area and graduated from Vanhorn High School in Independence, Missouri.
While living in Independence, Diane was employed in a factory making Home Interior products. She moved to Mtn. Grove, Missouri seven years ago.
She enjoyed watching television and spending time with her dog and cats. She greatly enjoyed short road trips with friends and relatives or traveling on the Oats Bus.
Diane had an excellent memory and would amaze people with her ability to remember dates, such as birthdays and anniversaries.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles.
She is survived by aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.
