Teresa Laval Clark

Teresa Laval Clark, daughter of Ray Junior Page, Jr. and Geneva Hope (Moody) Page, was born August 1, 1948, in Norwood, Missouri, and passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on February 3, 2022, at her home near Mansfield, Missouri, at the age of 73 years, 6 months, and 2 days.

She was united in marriage to Roddy Clark on April 4, 1964, and to this union four daughters were born.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Stephanie Clark on February 2, 2021, brother, Ronnie Page, sister, Lisa Peralta, sisters-in-law, Leta Page and Joyce Vinson, and brothers-in-law, R.L. Clark, Carlton Shank, Leon Choate, and Fred Oberbeck.

Teresa is survived by her husband of 57 years, Roddy, of the home; daughters, Shelly Clark of Mansfield, Missouri, Charlotte Christ (Shawn) of Long Lane, Missouri, and Marny Clark (Ayden) of Bloomington, Indiana; grandchildren, Byron Clark (Laura), Abby Lansdown (Josh), Jake Hultz (Sarah), Asher Clark, Tabetha Like (Brad), Victor Clark, Libby Christ, Jefferson Christ, and Avory Clark; great-grandchildren, Charleigh, Savannah, Kylee, Cameron, Bentley, Landon, Isabelle, Noah, Tenley, and Skylar; brothers, Quirt Page (Janet), and Dwight Jones; sisters, Candy Eddington, Carmen Page, and Peggy Labus; step-mother, Lois Brainerd; sisters-in-law, Roberta Shank, Susie Choate, Gwen Oberbeck, and Virginia Clark; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

She graduated from Mansfield High School and in her younger years enjoyed playing co-ed softball.

While living in Monett, she worked as a stenographer for Equifax. After returning to Mansfield, she worked as a receptionist for Dr. Rick Grubbs, D.D.S. for 8 years. Teresa and Roddy owned and operated Clark Pump Company and worked in the water well business for 44 years.

Teresa earned her pilot license in 1980 and served as the manager of the Mansfield Memorial Airport for several years, a position she held until her passing. She was active in the Abou Ben Adhem Shrine Ladies and served as the secretary/treasurer for the Band-Aids for several years.

Teresa had attended the Mansfield United Methodist Church for many years where she worked very hard to organize the church cookbook. She was well known in the community for her cooking and baking skills providing meals to many events in the area and was especially known for her dressing at the annual Methodist Church turkey dinner.

The family of Teresa would like to thank all of those who have provided food, love, and support to the family during Teresa’s illness and passing.
