Timothy "Tim" Burton

Timothy William Burton was born April 28, 1960, in Champaign, Illinois, to James and Dorothy (Rosseau) Burton. He departed this life December 18, 2021, at the age of 61, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.

Tim married Loretta on April 22, 2004, in Wright County, Missouri, and they made their home there.

Tim loved motorcycles and building things. He worked for OK Tire shop for several years and did a lot of mechanical work for friends and family.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, James and Dorothy Burton.

He is survived by his wife, Loretta, his daughter, Christina Fennell, three grandchildren, three brothers, Mike Burton, Dan Burton, and Steve Burton, and one sister, Polly.

Tim fought a good battle for two years with cancer and heart disease.

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
