Aaron Romay Marin

Aaron Enrique Romay Marín, 61, of Hartville, Missouri, passed away on October 2, 2026.

He was born on October 29, 1964, in Maracaibo, Venezuela, to Tijelino Romay and Nora Marín. Throughout his life, he worked diligently to fulfill his dream of owning a farm and living peacefully off the land, close to nature.

Aaron found happiness in life’s simple moments. He deeply enjoyed caring for animals, listening to music, and exploring philosophy. He was known for his serenity, quirky sense of humor, kindness, and determination. Those who knew him will remember his gentleness, his love of the guitar, and his devotion to his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Yadira; his children, Aaron, Andrea, and Diana; his siblings, Fijelino, Iris, Nora, Alan, Nilsa, Alba, Maria, Karina, and Alex; and his grandchildren, Maia, Orion, and Olivia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends, and beloved business partner Sharon. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tijelino and Nora.

A celebration of life will be held on October 15, 2026, at 6:00pm at The Hearth in Salt Lake City Utah.

He will be truly missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends.
