Cheryl Kay Boeding, daughter of the late Charles and Beverly Lowry, was born on October 16, 1961, in Kansas City, Missouri, and passed away on May 30, 2025, at her home in Mansfield, Missouri, at the age of 63 years, 7 months, and 14 days.
In her younger years, Cheryl frequently moved throughout her father's military career. Cheryl and her family eventually settled in Lee's Summit, upon her father's retirement from the army, where she completed high school. Following graduation, she pursued specialized training at a trade school and earned her certification as a pipe fitter.
Cheryl was united in marriage to David Boeding. Their time together was blessed with the arrival of two sons, creating a family. However, as life often presents, their paths eventually diverged, culminating in a divorce. This marked a significant turning point in Cheryl's life, leading her to a new chapter. Cheryl soon found a lasting and enduring partnership with Charles Pharris. This relationship blossomed and flourished over the span of 28 years, becoming a cornerstone of her life and reflecting a deep and meaningful connection between the two. Cheryl and Charles became team over the road truck drivers, traveling most of the countryside together.
In her spare time, Cheryl found joy in hunting, fishing, and camping, pretty much anything that involved nature and being outdoors. Her heart belonged to the Kansas City Chiefs, a devotion as vibrant and unwavering as the team's red and gold colors. Cheryl loved to travel, having traveled to all 50 states throughout her lifetime.

Cheryl is survived by her solemate, Charles Pharris, two sons, Christopher Lowry and David Boeding, and four grandchildren.Cheryl was a loving mother, grandmother, partner and friend. We celebrate her life, a life filled with adventure, deep connections, and timeless memories.
