Darla Sharlene Tryon, age 67, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2026. She was born on May 8, 1958, in Dinuba, Tulare County, California, to her parents, Ruby Bloyd and Jesse Bloyd, both of whom preceded her in death.

Darla was also preceded in death by her sisters, Lillian Lynch, Wanda French, and Dorothy Tyser; her brothers, Leroy Lynch and Jesse Bloyd; her nephew, Billy French; and her beloved stillborn daughter, baby girl Miller, born May 19, 1980, in Bremerton, Washington.

Darla is lovingly remembered by her sisters, Joanne Mosey of Anza, California, and Della Hinds (James Hinds) of Hiram, Georgia. She leaves behind many cherished nieces and nephews, including Dedra Mross of Canada, Lisa Lynch of Idaho, Patti Tuttle of Southern California, Kathy Magee of Texas, Kelly Hinds of Georgia, Jennifer Willis of Southern California, Gary Tuttle of California, Joey Garcia of California, Michael Tyser of California, Kevin Tyser of Texas, and Jeffrey Hinds of Georgia.

Darla’s greatest pride and joy was her family. She is survived by her three daughters: her eldest daughter, Jaime Wolf of Ontario, Canada, and her children, Draven Wolf and twins Serena and Cale Wolf; her middle daughter, Kristal McLean (Steve Roberts) of Willow Springs, Missouri, and her children, Samantha Varney (Chris McClellan), Abigail, Kaitlyn, Eric, Shenandoah Elliott (Jacob Elliott), Tate, and Liam; Kyle Varney (Andrea Varney), Asher, and Kayce; and her youngest daughter, Rose Johnson (Darrin Johnson) of Springfield, Oregon, and their children, Aliyah and Rambo.

Darla spent most of her life on the West Coast, living throughout California, Washington, and primarily Oregon. In 2016, she moved to Canada, later relocating to Indiana, and eventually settling in Willow Springs, Missouri, in June of 2021, where she spent her final years.

She had a deep love for creativity and found joy in quilting, embroidery, and crocheting. She was an avid reader, enjoyed cooking and baking, and loved watching cooking shows and crime dramas. Darla was also artistically gifted, expressing herself through painting, drawing, and even cake decorating. Her love for animals was evident, and she found comfort and happiness in their presence.

Throughout her life, Darla worked in many roles, including retail, early childhood education, labor work, caregiving, and house cleaning. No matter the job, she gave her all with dedication and resilience.

Darla will be remembered as an incredible mother, a devoted grandmother, and a strong, brave woman who always managed to find the silver lining in life’s challenges. Her love for her family was unwavering, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.
