Franklin Eugene Shipman, Jr. son of Franklin Eugene Shipman, Sr., and Lois Jeanie Burks, was born March 3, 1976, in Albany, Oregon, and departed this life December 5, 2022, in his home near Mansfield, Missouri, at the age of 46 years, 9 months, and 2 days.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Franky is survived by 2 sisters, Kimberly Spell of Hartville, Missouri, and Tonya Johns of Republic, Missouri, 6 nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was born in Oregon and moved with his family to Southwest Missouri, where he attended Ozark Schools. He has lived in the Mansfield area for the last 25 years.

Franky will be laid to rest next to his mother in Temple Hill Cemetery near Fordland, Missouri, in a private service at a later date.
