George Andrews

George Thomas Andrews, son of the late Billy Don Andrews and Annie Lee (Debrock) Andrews, was born September 14, 1961, in Paragould, Arkansas. He passed away September 8, 2025, in Paragould at the age of 63.

George grew up and attended school in Paragould. He joined the United States Air Force and proudly served his country from 1980 - 1984. George liked technology and working with electronics. He became a computer technician while serving in the Air Force.

George liked to travel and had lived in several places. He met the love of his life, Angela Johnson, and they lived in Houston, Missouri, for several years before her passing on August 15, 2021. After Angela’s passing, George moved to Mountain Grove, Missouri. At the time of his passing, George was living in Paragould to be near family.

George had a goofy sense of humor and loved to give out friendly advice to family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Andrews; his mother, Annie Andrews; his companion of 20 years and love of his life, Angela Johnson; and two brothers, Larry Andrews and Freddie Andrews.

George is survived by one brother, Mike Andrews, and one sister, Patricia Turner, both of Paragould, Arkansas; one step-son, Christopher Johnson, and one step-daughter, Jacqueline Johnson, both of Mountain Grove, Missouri; one grandchild, Remington Martin also of Mountain Grove; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends who will miss him very much.
