James Ervin Stigall, Jack, son of the late Roy and Edith (Moore) Stigall, was born on August 5, 1925, in Blackwell, Oklahoma, and departed this life on April 10, 2016, at Hartville Care Center in Hartville, Missouri. He was 90 years, 8 months, and 5 days of age.
