Jamie Lynne Holloway

Jamie Lynne Holloway, daughter of Jody and Janet (Sanders) Whitehill, was born April 22, 1994, in Springfield, Missouri, and tragically passed from this life March 27, 2024, following a traffic accident. She was 29 years, 11 months, and 5 days of age.

Jamie loved big and with everything that she had. She had a servant’s heart and she could often be found cooking meals for friends and helping anyone in need. If you ever met her once, you would forever claim her as a friend and could count on her to be a phone call or text away if you needed her. She had a heart for kids, regardless of whether they were hers or not.  If a child was in need, she went into action and was unstoppable in her advocacy. 

Jamie was also a dreamer. Her most recent adventure was homesteading and she was focused on her first project of many, raising chickens. She was very passionate about her new sourdough business and enjoyed baking and selling her goods to friends, old and new.  

Jamie was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Dave Whitehill.

Jamie is survived by her husband, Nicholas Holloway of Mountain Grove; three sons, Arlo, Jimmy, and Eli Holloway, of Mountain Grove; three daughters, Sierra Holloway of Springfield, Missouri, Linsie Price-Holloway of Springfield, Missouri, and Alyssa Holloway of Mountain Grove; parents, Jody and Janet Whitehill of Mountain Grove; father and mother-in-law, Vance and Cindy Holloway of Macomb, Missouri; brother, Jared Whitehill and wife, Tatum, of Mountain Grove, and bonus-brother, Aaron Wiles and wife, Mariah, of Wichita Falls, Texas; one sister-in-law, Tiffanie Crowder and husband, Will, of Springfield, Missouri; paternal grandmother, Deloris Whitehill of Mountain Grove; maternal grandparents, Richard and Fern Sanders of Mountain Grove; and many relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
