Jill Kimball

September 11, 1966 — August 12, 2025

Seymour

Jill Kimball, age 58 years, 11 months, passed away surrounded by the love of her family, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and unforgettable memories. Jill was the most incredible and beautiful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, niece, and friend. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and creating moments to treasure forever.

Jill had a heart that gave without limits. She would have given her last dollar to help someone in need, never hesitating to put others before herself. She found joy in giving—whether through acts of service, thoughtful gestures, or shopping for the perfect gifts for those she loved.

For nearly 42 years of marriage, Jill shared a love story with her husband that was rare and inspiring—a bond that began long before they exchanged vows and grew stronger with every passing year. They exchanged vows October 15, 1983. Their love was a light to all who knew them; a partnership rooted in devotion, laughter, and unwavering support. She used to love to tell stories. She would tell everyone how much she loved Gene and how she just couldn’t wait to be of age to marry him, so they ran off to get married. She would say he is the love of my life. Another story that she loved was how God gave her all these boys, and she told the boys that they better give her daughters with lots of granddaughters. She was blessed with four of them and then extra blessed to have two grandsons to relive some of the memories she enjoyed with her boys. Her family meant everything to her.

She cherished her role as a mother, embracing every stage of her children’s lives with love, guidance, and pride. Her daughters-in-law weren’t just “in-laws”, they were her daughters. She opened her heart to anyone that loved her family. As a sister and daughter, she was steadfast and caring, always making time to nurture her family connections.

Jill’s warmth, generosity, and vibrant spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She leaves behind a family who will forever carry her love, her laughter, and the beautiful memories she worked so hard to create. Jill suffered such an immense amount of physical pain that she powered through because nothing was going to stop her from spending time with her family.

Jill was preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Harris, her mother, Connie Dudley, her brother, Lee Harris, and her mother-in-law, Dorothy Kimball.

She is survived by her loving husband, Gene Kimball, two sons, Randy Kimball and wife, April, and Brian Kimball and wife, Brooke, six grandchildren, Josephina, Hannah and fiancé Eric, Garrett, Sarah, Trinity, and Joshua. Her father-in-law, Richard Kimball, her stepfather, John Dudley, and many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins who will miss her.

Though gone too soon, Jill’s legacy is one of love without condition and giving without measure—a legacy that will continue to inspire for generations.
