Jillian Kallas, 37, was born on May 16, 1986, in Muskegon, Michigan, and went to her home in Heaven on February 7, 2024, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. 

Jillian's life was marked by her unwavering love for the Lord and her commitment to others. Throughout her life, she demonstrated immense selflessness and a deep sense of compassion. She dedicated herself to serving others wholeheartedly, always putting their needs before her own. Jillian made a significant impact on the lives of many. Her kindness knew no bounds and she touched countless hearts with her generosity. Jillian had an extraordinary ability to nurture and care for those around her. Her loving nature made everyone feel seen and valued. She had an innate talent for listening without judgment and offering comfort in times of need. Those who had the privilege of knowing Jillian were profoundly touched by her compassionate spirit.

One of Jillian's unique hobbies was collecting heart-shaped rocks and whistle rocks. This pastime brought her great joy and allowed her to appreciate the beauty of nature in its simplest forms. Singing and listening to music were also cherished pastimes where she found solace and inspiration in melodies that resonated deep within her soul. Jillian's daughters held a special place in her heart, and spending time with them meant the world to her. She delighted in transforming their shared moments into makeovers, creating unforgettable memories filled with laughter and joy.

Jillian's remarkable character left an indelible impression on all who crossed her path. Her unwavering faith in the Lord provided guidance throughout her life's journey, instilling hope and inspiring others to seek spiritual enlightenment. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her selflessness, caring nature, and servant's heart will continue to inspire many to lead lives of compassion and love. Jillian was preceded in death by her grandma, Nona Thornburg; her grandpa, Paul Melton; and an aunt, Stacey Driskell.

Jillian is survived by her faithful life partner, Tye Gilbert; five daughters; Serenity Kallas, Liberty Gilbert, Aubrey Gilbert, Mellany Gilbert, and Emily Gilbert; her mother, Teresa (Melton) Kallas; her father, Richard Stewart Kallas; her grandma, Sal; four sisters, Courtney Melton, Brook Holland and fiancé, Austin Cottrell, Ashely Kallas, and Amber Kallas; the Gilbert family of which she was like their own; many other close relatives, cousins, and dear friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
