Kenny made a profession of faith in Christ 41 years ago. He had many trials along the way, but rededicated his life and was baptized June, 28, 2015. He shed many tears because of how God moved and continued to work in his life. He loved and served the Lord in his own quiet way. Has was a member of the First Baptist Church in Seymour.

Kenny grew up in Mansfield, Missouri, and graduated from Mansfield High School in 1979. He moved to Seymour, Missouri, in 1981 where he raised his family and made his home for the rest of his life. He was a member of the Southern Webster County Fire Department for around 10 years, and he also served as an EMT. Kenny worked at Hutchens Industries in Seymour for a time, but worked in the fire protection industry, for over 30 years, up until his death.

His greatest joy in life came from spending quality time with his kids and grandkids who he was so proud of. Kenny loved his La-Z-Boy and enjoyed watching sports on television. He has been known to say that his favorite pastime was “putting a rear-end in his recliner!” He enjoyed talking on the CB radio, and he loved to “tinker”. Kenny will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
