Marla Kay Bailey was born November 29, 1980, in Midland, Texas, to William Bailey and Debbie Longwell. She passed away at her home in Mountain View, Missouri, at the age of 45.
She grew up in Mountain Grove, Missouri, where she attended and graduated from Mountain Grove High School. Marla spent her life working as a home health aid taking care of others when they couldn’t necessarily take care of themselves.
Marla loved life and lived it to the fullest. A few things that gave her the most joy included: woodworking, painting, any type of crafting, dirt roading, and enjoying Barbecues. Marla was described as a great big fire cracker in a small package and anyone who knew her would describe her as just that.
Marla was preceded in death by her father, William Bailey and by her brother, William Bailey Jr.
She is survived by her husband, David Roles; her mother, Debbie (Rhodes) Longwell; and her brothers, Paul Edward Kennedy (Beth) and Dustin Kennedy; and a host of family and friends that will miss her very much.
Services will be announced at a later date.
