Obituary for Mary L. Bradshaw

Mary Louise Bradshaw, daughter of the late Kenneth Julius and Bulah Fay (Robertson) Blackmon, was born October 30, 1944, in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, and departed this life November 27, 2017, at Hartville Care Center in Hartville, Missouri. She was 73 years and 29 days of age.

Mary was raised in the Mountain Grove area and graduated from Mountain Grove High School in 1962. She married Carl Bradshaw. Four children were born to this union: Johnnie, Ronnie, Steven, and Tammy.

Mary worked several years at H.D. Lee Factory in Lebanon. She also worked at the Crisis Center and Wright County Library in Mountain Grove. She worked hard to make sure her children had what they needed.

Mary loved quilting, sewing, crocheting, and reading. She was able to make quilts for most of her grandchildren. She dearly loved her grandchildren and treasured the times she spent with them.
Besides her parents, Mary was preceded in death by one brother, Terry Richard Blackmon.

Mary is survived by three sons, Johnnie Bradshaw, Ronnie Bradshaw and his wife, Judy, all of Norwood, Missouri, and Steven Bradshaw and his wife, Tomoko, of Stanwood, Washington, one daughter, Tammy Barnes of Norwood, Missouri, two brothers, Ray Blackmon and his wife, Judy, of Stoutland, Missouri, and Roy Blackmon and his wife, Norma, of Lebanon, Missouri, eleven grandchildren, Andrew, Amber, Nicole, Josey, Jennifer, Ashley, Albert John, Seth, Joshua, Taylor, and Megann, ten great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.
