Ramona Palmer passed away peacefully on March 8, 2024, at the age of 91. She was born in Merriman, Nebraska, on August 21, 1932, to Edward and Emma Wiley.

Ramona was united in marriage to Willie Palmer on March 22, 1950. Four children were born to this union. Ramona loved her family dearly. She followed the path of Christ with her church, United Methodist. While able, Ramona enjoyed croquet, embroidery, cooking, and quality time with family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Emma Wiley, her husband, Willie, one son, Bill Palmer, one daughter, Liz Palmer, and many loving brothers and sisters.

 Ramona is survived by her daughter, Barbara Owens and husband, Larry, her son, John Palmer and wife, Jeanne, two grandchildren, Crystal Fore, and husband, Gary, and Jeffery Palmer, three great-grandchildren, Courtney Fore, Owen Fore, and Kaden Palmer, and other relatives and friends who will miss her very much.
