Richard Stewart Allen, 64, of Lynchburg, Ohio, passed away suddenly on November 1, 2023, at his daughter’s home in Graff, Missouri.
He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on March 12, 1959, to Arvel Sherman and Dorine Agusta (Oestriecher) Allen.
Richard leaves behind his loving wife, Patricia Allen, two sons, Justin Allen and Jason Allen and his wife, Robin, one daughter, Tiffany Allen and her husband, Dave Sillik, one brother, three sisters, nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
