Sarah "Suzi" Grace Grether

Sarah “Suzi” Grace Grether was born on August 26, 1948, in Burbank, California, to Fred A. and Sarah Grace (Johnson) Grether. She passed away on January 22, 2026, in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 77.

Sarah worked as a school psychologist for her entire career. She loved working with children and traveling. She fell in love with Hawaii and was able to go several times to her enjoyment. It is well known that she loved shopping and anything Disney. In her spare time Sarah enjoyed going out to eat and spending time with her friends (via zoom in some cases). However, her greatest loves in her life were her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and she loved to spoil them!

Sarah was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Sarah, and several extended family members.

She is survived by her son, Howard Jones (Joanna), of Branson, Missouri and daughter, Lisbet Brown (Scott), of Seymour, Missouri, grandchildren, Jessi (Justin), Gabi, Caden, Abigail and Ryker, great-grandchildren, Jae, Liam, Madeline, and Jonathan, three brothers, Daniel Grether (Robbie), of Spokane, Washington, Bill Grether (Dawn), of Oak Point, Texas and Frank Grether (Karen), of Santa Clara, California, former spouse, Brad Jones (Mary), numerous nieces and nephews, as well as many loving friends, that will miss her.
