Stephanie Bennett

Stephanie Louise Bennett, daughter of the late Kenneth and Shirley (Roberts) Bennett, was born October 21, 1971, in Rock Island, Illinois, and passed away June 25, 2023, at Springfield Skilled Care Center in Springfield, Missouri, at 51 years of age.

Stephanie was raised in Diggins, Missouri, and graduated from Seymour High School. After graduation, she attended cosmetology school. Stephanie enjoyed being a homemaker, taking care of her children, and focusing on her grandchildren. She was thrifty and liked going to yard sales and Dollar Tree. She also liked growing flowers at her home, playing Bingo, spending time working on her drawings, and putting together puzzles. Stephanie was also affectionately known by her nickname, Doodles, which was given to her by her dad.

Besides her parents, Stephanie was preceded in death by two sisters, Cindy Ayers and Tammy Roberts, and by her brother, Butch Roberts.

She is survived by two sons, Steven Bennett and Timothy Reeves and his wife, Karla, three daughters, Nichol Alexander and her husband, Jessy, Shea Reeves and her husband, James Hutchinson, and Tamra Reeves, twelve grandchildren, Allie, Callie, Bryson, Tuff, Alivia, Braxton, Ryder, James, Adaline, Kane, Kelby, and Kyson, one niece, Joy McDonald, and many aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends who will miss her.
