Will Friend

William Thomas Friend, 54, passed away on May 9, 2026, in St. Louis, Missouri. He was born on April 29, 1972, in Houston, Texas.

Will was united in marriage to Tina Renfrew on July 23, 2009. Together they shared many years of love, laughter, and family. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Will was a lifelong carpenter who dedicated his life to building and remodeling homes. He took great pride in his craftsmanship and was known for his hardworking spirit and ability to fix or create just about anything. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, horseback riding, welding, tinkering, and building projects with his hands. He loved the outdoors and found joy in working with wood and metal, always staying busy with something meaningful.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Pat Medlock; his mother, Dee Fleetwood; and his father, Everett Freeman.

Will is survived by his loving wife, Tina Friend; his sons, Skyler Friend (Megan), Dillon Friend (Toni), and Barry Martin II; his daughters, Amanda Renfrew and Lalita Martin; his grandchildren, Benjamin Friend, Hayden Friend, Emmitt Friend, Journey Friend, Savannah Friend, Jeremiah Friend, Boone Friend, Everett Friend, Lela Lane, Mya Buck, and Adam Martin; and many other relatives and friends who will miss him greatly.
